Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Absence Onboarding Specialists
- Drive consistent execution of absence onboarding delivery and project management for key initiatives
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to improve outcomes and support hiring and talent processes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of people leadership experience in a metric-driven environment
- Group Insurance experience is required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in onboarding/implementation, operations, and/or project management
- Proven ability to partner with and influence stakeholders without direct authority
