Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Absence Onboarding Specialists
  • Drive consistent execution of absence onboarding delivery and project management for key initiatives
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to improve outcomes and support hiring and talent processes


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience in a metric-driven environment
  • Group Insurance experience is required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in onboarding/implementation, operations, and/or project management
  • Proven ability to partner with and influence stakeholders without direct authority
