Absence Planning Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Absence Planning System & Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client and broker sessions to gather inputs and confirm plan intent
• Create and configure employer accounts in the vendor platform according to client needs
• Execute structured testing and validation to ensure benefit accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in group insurance products, benefits administration, or HRIS implementation
• Strong stakeholder management skills to coordinate inputs and drive decisions
• Ability to interpret leave and disability policies for system configurations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with SharePoint and Salesforce is a plus
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills
