Job Summary
A company is looking for an Absence Customer Experience Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and adjust Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and other leave policies in accordance with guidelines
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and provide efficient follow-up to ensure timely processing of leave requests
- Maintain accurate documentation of leaves and demonstrate professionalism while assisting callers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Degree or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of customer service experience required
- Call center experience preferred
- Experience in employee benefits administration and/or FMLA administration is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
