Job Summary

A company is looking for an Absence Customer Experience Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and adjust Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and other leave policies in accordance with guidelines
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls and provide efficient follow-up to ensure timely processing of leave requests
  • Maintain accurate documentation of leaves and demonstrate professionalism while assisting callers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Degree or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience required
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Experience in employee benefits administration and/or FMLA administration is a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
