Job Summary
Working remotely, the part-time Abstract Vendor Management Coordinator will manage the coordination of title products, interact with vendors and clients, and ensure compliance with service level agreements while addressing inquiries and processing orders efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Review Work In Progress reports to ensure completion
- Address inquiries from vendors, clients, agents, and internal staff professionally and in a timely manner
- Process orders in accordance with client requirements and company standards
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Practical work experience within the real estate industry
- Proven customer service skills
- Proficiency with personal computers, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe
