Abstraction Training Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Abstraction Training Developer (Part-Time Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and publish training content using WalkMe and Articulate Rise 360, ensuring technical accuracy and design standards
• Administer the Docebo Learning Management System, including user management and course configuration
• Triage and resolve ZenDesk tickets related to learning content and LMS access

Required Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in WalkMe and Articulate Rise 360
• Experience administering a Learning Management System, preferably Docebo
• Strong knowledge of SCORM standards and e-learning best practices
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Flexible schedule with a minimum of 2 hours overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours
