Abstractor for Home Equity

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Abstractor for Home Equity will coordinate title products, communicate with clients and vendors, and ensure timely resolution of title issues while maintaining detailed records and performance reports.

Key responsibilities

• Review Work In Progress reports to ensure completion
• Address inquiries from clients, borrowers, agents, and internal staff professionally and in a timely manner
• Process orders in accordance with client requirements and maintain vendor performance reports

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Practical work experience within the real estate industry
• Proven customer service skills
• Proficiency with personal computers
