Abstractor HEDIS Quality Improvement

Job Summary

An organization is seeking an Abstractor for HEDIS / Quality Improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate HEDIS medical record reviews and participate in meetings with vendors
• Collect and analyze medical records, load data into the HEDIS application, and compare documentation to specifications
• Participate in meetings regarding quality and HEDIS review and results with various teams and auditors

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 3 years of healthcare experience
• Basic knowledge and understanding of HEDIS projects
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Active RN license for the State(s) of employment preferred
