Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, research, or related fields
• 2+ years of experience in business writing or consumer relations with escalation experience
• ACA (Accredited Claims Adjuster's license) required within the first 90 days of hire
• Proficient in MS Office applications
