Job Summary

Managing customer escalations and incident management, the full-time ACA Licensed Executive Resolution Specialist will investigate and resolve written customer concerns across various channels while tracking escalation data and proposing settlement agreements, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve executive escalations and customer concerns across multiple channels
  • Manage multiple issues simultaneously while maintaining a focus on customer service and effective communication
  • Log and track issues in various systems for reporting purposes and identify opportunities for process improvement
Required qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience, or 2+ years in business analysis, research, or related fields
  • 2+ years of experience in business writing or consumer relations with a focus on customer escalation
  • ACA (Accredited Claims Adjuster's license) required within the first 90 days of hire
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other MS Office applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
