Job Summary
A company is looking for an ACA Processor to provide administrative support for back office tasks related to the Affordable Care Act.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow defined client ACA rules and requirements with accuracy
- Run and analyze data files, resolve data issues, and provide communication regarding errors
- Update documentation and assist with technology-related tasks and training
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Bachelor's Degree and/or 1-3 years of experience in benefits or a related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and follow established processes
- Availability for overtime during busy seasons from October to April
- Experience in administrative services is a plus
