Academic Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Academic Advisor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage student case load, provide educational advisement, and ensure student retention and graduation
• Correspond with students via phone and email, diagnose student areas of opportunity, and monitor attendance and grades
• Work closely with other departments, maintain data integrity, and communicate policy improvements to leadership

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning through experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
