Job Summary

A company is looking for an Academic Advisor I to provide guidance to undergraduate and graduate students regarding their academic paths.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise students on program and course requirements while maintaining and reviewing student records
• Monitor student progress and perform proactive outreach to support retention and program completion
• Collaborate with university departments to enhance the educational experience and prepare evaluative reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 to 3 years of experience in student advising or a service-oriented environment, preferably in education
• Experience in interpreting academic policies and resolving student academic issues
• Knowledge of student learning needs based on their skills and goals
• Experience with data analysis and maintaining confidentiality of student records
