Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Academic Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in training sessions to understand educational products and user needs
• Address client inquiries regarding course offerings and registration processes
• Engage potential clients and build relationships with parents to recommend suitable programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Teaching, Education, or Mathematics
• 1-2 years of prior experience in education, sales, or customer service
• Fluency in both English and Chinese
• Enthusiastic about education and empathetic towards parents' needs
• Flexible schedule with availability for 20-30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
