Job Summary

A company is looking for an Academic Advisor I to provide guidance to students regarding their academic programs and support their retention and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise undergraduate and graduate students on program and course requirements while maintaining student records
• Monitor student progress and perform proactive outreach to support retention and academic success
• Collaborate with university departments to enhance the educational experience and prepare evaluative reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 to 3 years of experience in student advising or a service-oriented environment, preferably in education
• Experience in interpreting academic policies and resolving related issues
• Knowledge of individual learning needs based on students' skills and goals
• Familiarity with academic advising theories and principles
