A company is looking for an Academic Advisor to guide and support students in their academic journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with students through various remote channels to provide academic guidance
• Document student interactions and process degree changes and program requests accurately
• Engage in professional development and collaborate with university departments to enhance student support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and one year of professional office experience
• Experience in academic advising or related fields is preferred
• Knowledge of student development theory and academic advising best practices
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
• Experience working with diverse student populations is desirable
