Job Summary

A company is looking for an Academic Advisor I to advise undergraduate and graduate students on their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise students on program and course requirements, maintaining and reviewing student records
• Monitor student progress and perform proactive outreach to support retention and program completion
• Collaborate with university departments to enhance the educational experience and prepare evaluative reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 to 3 years of experience in student advising or a service-oriented environment
• Experience interpreting and applying academic policies for student degree requirements
• Experience resolving academic issues related to students' career and life goals
• Knowledge of individual learning needs based on students' skills and goals
