Key Responsibilities

• Respond to student inquiries and coach students on academic skills and success plans
• Collaborate with associates and instructors to ensure student retention and support
• Maintain proactive communication with students, especially those identified as "at risk.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Two to three years of experience in customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-savvy
• Experience with high volume phone contact
