Job Summary
To support their region, the full-time Academic Advisor will manage client relationships by consulting with families on college readiness, maximizing bookings through lead follow-up, and delivering exceptional customer service, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Consult families on the college readiness process and provide program recommendations
- Follow up on leads and meet monthly sales quotas through high-volume calls and outreach
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure program success and achieve Net Promoter Score goals
Required qualifications
- Experience in consultative sales or a similar role
- Strong understanding of the college readiness process
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to handle challenging customer service situations effectively
- Willingness to travel for business development activities as needed
