Job Summary

A company is looking for an Academic Advisor & Success Coach (Grant-Funded).

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students through their academic journey from enrollment to graduation
• Provide comprehensive support services, including academic advising and career goal setting
• Engage in proactive outreach and communication with students to monitor their academic progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Experience in academic advising, student recruitment/retention, or counseling
• Proficiency with computerized student information systems
• Demonstrated knowledge of student development concepts and academic advising strategies
• Valid U.S. driver's license
