Job Summary

A company is looking for an Academic Advisor & Success Coach (Grant-Funded).

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide students through their academic journey from enrollment to graduation
• Provide comprehensive support services, including academic advising and career goal setting
• Conduct outreach and maintain communication with students to monitor academic progress

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Experience in academic advising or student services administration
• Proficiency with student information and relationship management systems
• Knowledge of student development concepts and academic advising strategies
• Valid U.S. driver's license
