Job Summary

A company is looking for an Academic Advisor & Success Coach (Grant-Funded).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support services to undergraduate students, assisting them in achieving academic and career goals
• Advise students on degree requirements, academic policies, and course selection while monitoring their academic progress
• Facilitate learning communities and coordinate outreach activities to enhance the student experience

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Experience in academic advising, student recruitment/retention, or student services administration
• Proficiency with computerized student information systems and CRM systems
• Demonstrated knowledge of student development concepts and academic advising strategies
• Valid U.S. driver's license
