Job Summary

Providing essential support to students, the full-time remote Academic and Finance Advisor will manage student interactions, offer academic and financial guidance, and help at-risk students navigate their educational journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage student load and complete daily tasks using various tools to track academic progress
• Proactively identify at-risk students and connect them with necessary resources for success
• Advise students on financial aid requirements and monitor compliance with university policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of one year of experience in advising or customer service required
• Experience in student services or a fast-paced customer-centric position preferred
• Knowledge of academic practices in an online university environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology for online engagement
