Job Summary
A company is looking for an Academic and Finance Advisor I.

- Proactively identify at-risk student populations and provide support for program completion
- Monitor academic progress, financial aid requirements, and student account balances
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in advising or customer service
- Experience in higher education and technology-driven environments preferred
- Knowledge of academic and business practices in an online setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other Office applications
