Job Summary

A company is looking for an Academic and Finance Counselor I.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students in understanding university policies, financial aid guidelines, and Title IV regulations
• Provide personalized support to help students achieve their academic and financial goals
• Manage student accounts, monitor academic progress, and facilitate referrals to appropriate resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of three years of related experience in student services, advising, or customer service required
• Experience in a fast-paced, student-focused environment preferred
• Background in academic advising and financial aid regulations preferred
• Experience with technology in higher education settings preferred
