Academic Content Manager
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Academic Content Manager for a temporary, full-time remote position, who will lead the development of engaging Pre-K-5 literacy and math content, manage contractor support, and build scalable operational systems to enhance efficiency and quality.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality literacy and math activities aligned with curriculum pacing for family engagement
- Collaborate with district partners for onboarding and curriculum alignment, translating materials into actionable content plans
- Establish scalable content operations, including quality standards and review processes, while utilizing AI to enhance workflows
Required qualifications:
- Experience as an elementary school teacher, instructional coach, or curriculum specialist
- Strong understanding of evidence-based elementary literacy and math instruction, including the Science of Reading
- Proven ability to build operational processes that improve efficiency without sacrificing quality
- Familiarity with U.S.-based K-12 education systems and underserved communities
- Proficiency in using AI and other tools to streamline workflows
