Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional and Academic Effectiveness Coordinator, PT

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on projects, process improvements, and standard operating procedures
• Provide ongoing coordination of data for courses, programs, faculty, and team leads
• Manage FPU Service Now ticketing queue, CRM, and other systems

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
• Ability to work with different partners in various environments
