Job Summary

Providing personalized support to students, the full-time Academic and Finance Counselor will guide learners in balancing their academic goals with financial plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor, explaining university policies and financial aid guidelines to students
• Manage a caseload of students, ensuring proactive communication and support to help them stay on track
• Facilitate connections to campus resources and monitor academic progress to assist students in achieving their goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience in advising, student services, or related fields
• Experience in academic advising and course enrollment within a college or university setting preferred
• Familiarity with Financial Aid or Title IX regulations preferred
• Comfortable using technology and multiple communication channels to support students
