Key Responsibilities

• Engage with students to facilitate their academic progression through meaningful interactions
• Manage inbound and outbound student calls while completing assigned work items
• Create action plans to resolve student concerns and support their long-term success

Required Qualifications and Education

• Must reside in AZ, NV, OR, or WA
• Bachelor's degree completed prior to applying
• Proficient in using various software applications, including CRMs and Microsoft tools
• General knowledge of the higher education industry and related fields
• Strong analytical skills to assess student needs and determine appropriate actions
