Academic Designer, Literacy K-2

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Academic Designer, Literacy/Primary Grades (K-2).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and develop content for teacher and student materials, including lessons and resources
• Assist in the creation of project proposals, guidelines, and prototypes
• Serve as a liaison between vendors, internal teams, and Academic Design teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in elementary education, literacy, linguistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in literacy curriculum development for Grades K-2
• Subject matter expertise in foundational literacy skills
• Teaching experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of content development practices and educational standards such as CCSS
