Job Summary

A company is looking for an Academic Designer, Literacy/Primary Grades.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and developing content for teacher and student materials
Acting as a point of contact between vendors, internal teams, and Academic Design teams
Staying up to date on emerging educational trends within the literacy field

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in elementary education, literacy, linguistics, instructional design, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in literacy curriculum development for Grades K-2
Teaching experience is an advantage
Subject matter expertise in foundational literacy skills
Experience building accessible content in digital authoring systems is a plus
