Job Summary

A company is looking for an Academic Human Resources Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and offboarding
  • Handle academic personnel or faculty HR in a higher education setting
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor relations, and compensation regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
  • 3-5+ years of HR Generalist experience
  • Prior experience in higher education/university HR
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and compliance
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft
