Job Summary
A company is looking for an Academic Human Resources Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and offboarding
- Handle academic personnel or faculty HR in a higher education setting
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor relations, and compensation regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
- 3-5+ years of HR Generalist experience
- Prior experience in higher education/university HR
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and compliance
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft
