Job Summary

A company is looking for an Academic Partnerships Operations Director to provide strategic leadership for its academic partnership network.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and champion the strategic operational roadmap for academic partnerships
• Develop and improve operational processes for all phases of academic partnerships
• Forge and sustain high-level strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and academic institutions

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma with 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership
• Master's degree preferred in fields such as Healthcare Administration, Education, Business, or Human Resources
• 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in strategic academic partnerships or workforce development
• Full understanding of academic landscapes and healthcare workforce dynamics
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to forecast trends and make data-driven decisions
