Key Responsibilities

Calculates SAP status, including GPA and projected MTF
Identifies at-risk students and determines appropriate interventions
Creates and advises on individualized education plans and documents meetings with students

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred experience in higher education, particularly in records management or academic services
Ability to motivate students and explain complex information empathetically
Ability to make independent decisions and interact effectively with diverse students
Reliable high-speed internet required
