Job Summary

An organization is seeking an Academic Research Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluating and collecting data on IHS programs to understand their efficacy
Developing products that meet customer needs and maintaining communication with them throughout the process
Utilizing new data tools to conduct retrospective analysis and finding new uses for present tools

Required Qualifications:

BA or BS degree in social science, data science, or a comparable field
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to meet deadlines and handle simultaneous requests
Ability to understand and articulate complex processes
Curious nature with a strong drive to learn and grow
