Job Summary

An organization is seeking an Academic Research Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluating and collecting data on IHS programs to understand their efficacy
• Developing products that meet customer needs and maintaining communication with them throughout the process
• Utilizing new data tools to conduct retrospective analysis and finding new uses for present tools

Required Qualifications:

• BA or BS degree in social science, data science, or a comparable field
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle simultaneous requests
• Ability to understand and articulate complex processes
• Curious nature with a strong drive to learn and grow
