Job Summary
Building relationships with prospective students and families, the full-time Academic Sales Representative will engage in consultative conversations to uncover academic needs, guide enrollment processes, and manage a high volume of inbound leads in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct consultative conversations to understand academic challenges and recommend appropriate tutoring solutions
- Build rapport with families through effective communication and follow up to convert interest into long-term tutoring partnerships
- Document interactions accurately within the CRM and work towards enrollment goals and performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in admissions, recruiting, account management, or a sales-focused role
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport quickly with clients
- Experience working toward goals, KPIs, or performance metrics
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
