Academic Scheduling Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Academic Scheduling Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer the online teaching schedule for each quarter
• Work in partnership with Nursing Deans/Academic Program Directors to schedule faculty
• Assess new adjunct hiring needs for each quarter and report hiring needs

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience
• Experience preferred in Scheduling, Academic Operations, Faculty Support, Student Advising, or Higher Education
• Technical experience required in MS Excel, databases, and tools requiring data merging/manipulation
• Demonstrated experience with tools such as SalesForce or CampusVue
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
