Academic Subject Tutor

Job Summary

A company is looking for Test Prep and Academic Subject Tutor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized one-on-one instruction for high school students in academic subjects and test preparation
• Administer practice exams and coach students on testing strategies and best practices
• Work with a minimum of 10 students, preferably 20+ students, and be available in the evenings and/or weekends

Required Qualifications:

• Several years of tutoring experience with measurable successful outcomes
• Expertise in academic subjects such as Math, Science, English, History, and Foreign Languages, including AP/IB coursework
• Ability to provide personalized instruction and guidance to students
• Availability to work in the evenings and/or weekends
• Experience with SAT/ACT test preparation is preferred
