Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Academic Success Coach to support students in an accelerated nursing program.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and support student progression through proactive coaching and advising
• Coordinate appropriate student services and manage the registration process for each semester
• Act as a liaison for students regarding academic appeals and grievances, ensuring effective communication with faculty and administration

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in counseling or related field preferred
• Additional ongoing training, certifications, or seminar attendance desired
• Positive attitude and high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to guide and motivate others
• Confidence and resilience in managing student needs and concerns
