Job Summary

A company is looking for a YourPace Academic Success Coach to support undergraduate and graduate students in the YourPace program.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive outreach and monitor academic progress for students
• Assist students in navigating university systems and policies
• Collaborate with faculty and campus partners to promote student retention and timely degree completion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or three to five years of professional experience
• Experience in customer service, sales, or client relations
• Experience in education-related fields such as admissions, tutoring, advising, or counseling
• Proficiency with standard workplace software and virtual communication tools
• Proof of a stable and reliable internet connection for remote work
