Key Responsibilities

• Provides individual and group coaching assistance to students using approved frameworks
• Collaborates with faculty and staff to develop coaching support and programming
• Plans and conducts workshops to enhance academic coaching for students

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Two years of related work experience, including one year of teaching or tutoring
• Ability to work with diverse learner profiles
• Ability to work a student-friendly schedule (evenings/weekends)
• Experience may be waived for candidates with an advanced degree
