Job Summary

A company is looking for an Academic Support Coach to provide educational support to students in a competency-based learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group tutoring assistance, including study skills and subject matter support
• Collaborate with faculty to develop tutorial support and conduct workshops for student success
• Document student interactions and collect data for reporting on tutoring effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Two years of experience in teaching, tutoring, or coaching in a post-secondary environment
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse learner profiles
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Preferred: Master's degree, coaching certification, and experience with distance education
