Academic Support Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-time Academic Support Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides individual and group coaching assistance to students using an approved coaching framework
• Collaborates with faculty and staff to develop coaching support and programming for student success
• Plans and conducts workshops to provide additional academic coaching for students

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, English, Educational studies, or a related field
• Two years of related work experience in teaching, tutoring, or coaching in a post-secondary environment
• Experience working with diverse learners
• Demonstrated technological competency in relevant applications and platforms
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
