Job Summary

A company is looking for an Online Software Development Academic Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, tutoring, and mentoring to students in the online software development program
• Support students in achieving learning outcomes during five-week terms
• Be available evenings and weekends to assist adult learners in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from a regionally accredited institution
• 1-2 years of prior work experience within the past 5 years
• Preferred coursework in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
• Experience supporting distance learning students in higher education or similar settings
• Ability to work effectively in a 5-week accelerated course environment
