Job Summary

A company is looking for an Academic Technologist responsible for providing technical and administrative support for online courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist faculty and students with Learning Management System (LMS) navigation and troubleshooting
• Conduct accessibility audits and ensure compliance with WCAG standards for online courses
• Provide training for faculty and students on educational technologies and develop training materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 1 to 3 years of experience in LMS or educational technology support
• Experience with ADA compliance preferred
• Moderate to advanced technical skills with various LMS platforms
• Proficiency in accessibility tools and techniques for digital content
