Job Summary

A company is looking for an Academic Technologist to provide technical, administrative, and logistical support for online courses.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and resolve faculty and student requests related to the Learning Management System (LMS)
Conduct accessibility audits and ensure compliance with WCAG standards for online courses
Provide training and support for faculty and students on educational technologies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
1 to 3 years of experience in LMS or educational technology support
Experience with ADA compliance preferred
Moderate to advanced technical skills with various LMS platforms
Familiarity with accessibility tools and techniques for digital content
