Job Summary
A company is looking for an Academy Support Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for students, families, and partnering schools
- Proactively engage with clients and assist with program management and student outcomes
- Facilitate onboarding and training for clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed for admissions and enrollment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in education or working with middle and high school students
- Experience with at-risk students is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing environments
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
