Job Summary

A company is looking for an Academy Support Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for students, families, and partnering schools
  • Proactively engage with clients and assist with program management and student outcomes
  • Facilitate onboarding and training for clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed for admissions and enrollment
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in education or working with middle and high school students
  • Experience with at-risk students is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing environments
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
