Job Summary
Providing portfolio oversight for the E&S/S Programs Planning Unit, the full-time remote ACAS Licensed Actuarial Associate will lead profitability reviews, manage pricing assumptions, and develop pricing tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead program-level profitability reviews and recommend actions on rate, non-rate, mix, and reinsurance
- Own core pricing assumptions and methodologies for assigned programs, aligned to Reserving and Planning
- Build and maintain pricing and monitoring tools using BDX and internal data
Required qualifications:
- ACAS credential
- Background in the MGA/MGU space; reinsurance experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently on complex insurance and actuarial challenges
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and collaboration skills
- Undergraduate degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
