Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Ventures Accelerator Program Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage participant communications and monitor team progress
• Coordinate mentor matching and support virtual mentoring sessions
• Oversee curriculum management and ensure timely deliverable collection and judging

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with an accelerator as a participant or facilitator
• Significant experience in program management or operations, ideally in education, nonprofit, or tech contexts
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams
• Comfortable with digital program platforms, with bonus experience in F6S or LearnDash
• Passion for gender equity, entrepreneurship, or AI/tech education
