Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Access and Reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement access and reimbursement strategies for specialty products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate reimbursement activities and approvals
• Manage and develop a team to ensure optimal access and reimbursement throughout product life cycles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MD/PhD preferred
• At least 15 years of pharmaceutical experience, with 10+ years in market access or specialty channels
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
• Experience interpreting clinical and health economic research data
• Subject matter expert in reimbursement strategies and their economic implications
