Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Access and Systems Consultant will create, build, and maintain clinician and department schedules while ensuring compliance with scheduling policies and delivering high-quality service to patients and clinicians.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access needs
- Collaborate with the Access management team to identify and address scheduling gaps or issues
- Manage provider payroll and ensure accurate reporting of physician hours and schedule changes
Required qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience building/maintaining schedules using software applications or three years of direct technical support experience
- Associate's degree in computers, engineering, social science, education, business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to analyze data and convey complex information effectively
- Experience in coordinating systems or projects
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
